Imani and Tammy provided exceptional service, making check-in a breeze and our dining experience enjoyable. The burger and beer were reasonably priced and met our needs. However, noise from the airport was disruptive, and the restaurant furniture showed signs of wear, which detracted from the overall ambiance. While the room was spacious and comfortable, the shuttle service starting too late created an inconvenience for early flights.

I really appreciated that the hotel was only about 6.5 km from the amazing Columbus Museum of Art and a quick drive to Easton Town Center where you can find great shopping and dining options, making it easy to spend my weekend strolling around and soaking up the city’s vibe.

I had the comfiest night's sleep in the Standard King Room. It was like sleeping on a cloud with ample pillows! The modern bathroom featured a walk-in glass shower that felt luxurious. Bonus, there was a mini-fridge, perfect for keeping my drinks cold!

The first room I got had a broken A/C, but the front desk was super nice and moved me to another room right away. The second room was clean and really comfy—like sleeping on a cloud!
